Also, please do not upload any material that you do not own the copyright to. We will delete all your images and ban you if you do.
IJPG.NET reserves the right to remove or modify any uploaded images. IJPG.NET assumes no liability for lost images.
The following image types may not be uploaded:
- Pornographic Images
- Images that violate United States laws
- Images that violate Copyright Laws
- Images that are intended for spam or harassment.
IJPG.NET's services are provided without warranties of any kind.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold IJPG.NET harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of User's Files or use of any other feature or service. This includes
the user's responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.
Any defamatory or unlawful material contained within the user's images.
